Parking- MAGIC Does not pay for parking. Attached are their suggestions on where to park. If you are unsure, please reach out to Molly. INSTRUCTIONS
Positions- A majority of the positions are STANDING, if you have any trouble standing for lengths of time, please let us know asap.
Dress Code- This show is extremely strict with dress code. I do understand it is very hot but they want everyone in button down long sleeve. If you show up in a black polo, black t-shirt, joggers, sweatpants, non-black shoes they will send you home. DRESS CODE (if you do not have a long sleeve button down let Molly know asap, we can work on getting you one.)
Food/Drinks- You are responsible for bringing your own water and lunch. Their is a food court but it can be busy with long lines. Break room in West Hall is Room W203/204. Break room for North will be a draped area, your supervisor will show you.
Check In- West Hall will be in the Food Court and North Hall is N2. Molly will also text you 24-48 hours prior with a reminder and exact location again. You will be text a QR code that is used to clock in and clock out, please have this ready when arriving on-site.

SCHEDULE- Informa does expect you to work the entire schedule. If there is a conflict and you can't work one day or you need to leave early it is best to reach out now and find an alternative schedule that fits. Your schedule has been emailed from Galea, if you have not received reach out to Molly.
Late/Sick Calls- If you are sick, text or call Molly asap on her cell. If you are going to be late call your supervisor or Molly to make arrangements. Informa is very strict and want's everyone to arrive 15 minutes prior to shift, please plan accordingly.
Behavior- While we do understand not everyone gets along and there can be personality conflicts. If you are next to someone that you feel uncomfortable, please approach your supervisor. If there are passive aggressive comments, bullying, mean behavior Molly will come onsite, and you will be removed from the show. AVE does not allow staff to treat each other in any unkind way.
Current State of Affairs- AVE is an inclusive agency and are committed to fostering a safe environment. If at any time you want to work, but are worried, please reach out to Molly to go over the plans we have a in place to make sure you are our top priority if any situation arises.
