CAMP EDC
PLEASE READ EVERYTHING, ANY POLICY BREAK MIGHT RESULT IN BEING REMOVED FROM SHOW.
Training- 2:30pm-6:00pm (usually does not take the entire time paid for 3 hours minimum) Please dress appropriate you can wear shorts, pants, tshirt. check the weather for dress. If you are late by more than 15 minutes you will be removed from schedule.
Food/Drinks- They do provide water. On training it will be short, for Thursday please bring your snacks/lunch and carry them with you to your location. They will not have anywhere to purchase food.
Dress Code- On Thursday please wear black on black, it can be shorts or tshirt if it is hot. Tennis shoes of any color- no flip flops, must be clsoed toe shoes. If you are dressed in crop top, too short shorts, or anything deemed not professional casual you will be sent home. Hats and Sunglasses are ok, nothing offensive wording.
Parking- We have our own lot, Brown Lot. at Speedway on Checkered Flag Lane Brown Lot is right off Speedway BLVD directly across from Gift Shop. You will be stopped at entrance and given a parking decal for Wed/Thursday.
Check In- Molly will be checking you in and sending you to your direct supervisor to be wrist band and get your High Vis Vest. Please wear both on Thursday.
PLEASE READ- This is the CAMP Before the festival starts, we are checking in RV's and Campers in their car. We do have our own parking lot and will not have to deal with traffic since it is before the show starts.
IMPORTANT- They do not allow outside alcohol on the camp and do confiscate from the campers. There will be bottles around you, you are NOT Allowed to take any of this or drink during work. If you are caught the police onsite do approach you, everyone's bag is subject to be checked. We have had the police check our staff bags in the past years. We do not take this lightly, this is stealing. (please enjoy your beverages or 420 after work just not onsite)
CHECK IN- Molly will text each person the map to our parking lot where to check in.
SCHEDULE- Training is May 14th, it might not last the three hours but everyone will be paid for the entire time. If you can't attend training you do need to receive permission. Please text Molly 702-813-4180. May 15th is the main day your schedule is in the calendar in pop bookings.
PROVIDED- We will provide- golf towel to stay cool, sunscreen, ChapStick, unlimited water bottles, and wet wipes. You will need to bring a bag for snacks and lunch.
DRESS CODE- It will be HOT, for training you can wear anything. For the work day black shorts or pants and black tshirt or shirt. You may wear a hat, sunglasses, we will provide a visibility vest. Any tennis shoes, you are in the dirt.
Carpooling This is at the Motor Speedway and can be difficult for some that do not drive. We need to team up and carpool. If you need gas money and the person you are driving can't provide please let Molly know. See those who need a ride, if you can help reach out to Molly and she will coordinate for you both to speak-
